"it does exactly what it says it will!"
Pros: rather than slowly transferring from one authorized computer to another, this QUICKLY transferred 2000+ songs in less than half an hour directly from the ipod to the computer. wish i had tried this months ago!!!
Cons: not a thing! make sure you open the frequently asked questions link..it tells you exactly what you need to do!
Summary: can't imagine a better software for this purpose!
