Light weight size, fast download from CNet
Cons
Installs fine but errors on first launch; does not find your i-device, doesn't do anything for that matter. Completely worthless program and definitely not worth the download. Just pay the $20 - $25 for a program that actually works and does what they say it'll do.

Everything. Where is the program? I can't even locate it. Usually when you DL a program, after installation, it automatically pops up as a whole or at least there's a shortcut on the desktop for it.

Usually when you DL a program, after installation, it automatically pops up as a whole or at least there's a shortcut for it on the desktop. I'm not the most computer literate, but I'm computer literate enough to know that this doesn't do what it says it's suppose to. Well, I wouldn't know. I'd actually have to find the damn program to even attempt to use it.

The program does not work.
Summary
The program does not work, but worst of all it seems that CNET does not check whether the promised version is installed indeed. It keeps on offering version 3.30, but version 3.10 is downloaded. And then CNET tells me again that 3.30 is ready for download...
Worthless and annoying.
