This app is great! Just turn on the app for just about any workout you do, or even things you don't consider a workout like walking to the store, and based on your mileage and time Plus 3's sponsors will donate cash to the charity they sponsor. The website acts a social networking site as well and while you don't have to engage in that aspect it's fun to set up competitions with your friends or participate in Plus 3's challenges. You control who sees your profile and there's never any spam or sales pitches from the sponsoring companies.
This is a great way to encourage yourself and others to be healthier in order to benefit a charitable organization.
