Version: Pixia 3.3
Pros: Though I couldn't make myself like it, I have to agree that it is powerful. It integrated many features into the 4M download. And they all works effectively.
Cons: The interface really drove me away, one year later, I still can't like it. Even if it looks like the plain menu that windows has, I will like it.

Pros: Pixia lets you draw professional images quickly and with more fun.
It uses alpha to blend colors together. In Pixia, you can make images using your own graphic for the color, a solid color, or choose a colorful gradient for a color. You can even draw your own pen tips.
Also, you can add an effect like a button. Then you can save it as a bmp, jpeg, ico, png, and many more files. Probably the best free image-making software ever.

Cons: Freezes every 5 seconds... you have to save ANY TIME you do ANYTHING

Pros: The c|net instructions read "leave this blank if you liked nothing about the product", but leaving it blank prevents the submission form from proceeding.
Cons: Hopelessly arcane interface. Freezes when I click on anything that looks like it's going to do some actual work. (Like when I click on the "File" menu.)
