"Did the job for me but GUI is not great."

by tomjkear on September 29, 2008

Pros: Ability to rename a huge number of files easily.
Can work on date or filename ordering.
Compatible with all image filename extensions (I believe).

Cons: GUI is too large for everything to fit on my laptops 1280 x 800 screen size so some options are not on screen and cannot easily be accessed.
Cannot handle multiple file extensions in a simple operation.

Summary: Did the job it needed to do and certainly I saw no issues as such, just a few areas that require tweaking to improve functionality.

Not sure if the program will warn before overwriting existing files which already have the name you are giving to the newly named files. Maybe someone else knows the answer...!?

I am keeping it installed and will likely use it in the future.
