Version: Pishtech's Ice Fishing Derby 080708
Pros: Game play is good as long as you have patience for the fishing part. Weather and time limit are realistic ie. how long hypothermia would take to actually set in. The more expensive items tend to perform better.
Cons: Basic 3-D graphics. I have the Rapala Pro Fishing game and it has the best I've ever seen. Having said that, the fish themselves are basic 3-D. Everything else underwater is pretty much a drawing. And when the fish crowd, they just move like logs.
Summary: The money and fishing part make it fun and challenging. As a winter fishing derby, it's fairly realistic. The fish AI (if u buy an underwater camera) don't behave 100% Overall, very entertaining, but if you are looking for a realistic hard core fishi... read more
