"Very Useful to see network delays/loss"
Version: Ping Plotter Freeware 1.1
Pros
It is free, it showed me where packets were lost and delayed. I suspect the paid version is great, but did not need to buy it. I would buy it if I dealt with network throughput all day.
Cons
Logging is reserved for the paid version, but that is a good marketing decision.

Simple, easy to use interface, with commonly used settings.

"Failed to work."
Version: Ping Plotter Freeware 1.1
Pros
-none-
Cons
As far as I can tell, this software fails to create a legal file name for the log file and has no chance of working. I was left hoping that I did nothing else.

"Simple, quick, easy, a no-brainer"
Version: Ping Plotter Freeware 1.1
Pros
1) The price.
2) It's all up front, everything you want is presented in one nice little package.
3) Ping and trace in one step. I haven't used DOS to do either since I got this program.
Cons
If anything, and this is really being trite, the graph output is so straight forward and simple, it's kind of ugly. I remember Visual Trace (back before McAfee bought it, tweaked it, then charged for it) did what this does except it also gave you a cool geographical representation of the route. Other than that, this program rocks out loud!

"Does what it claims, exactly."
Version: Ping Plotter Freeware 1.1
Pros
Easy to use,fast.
Cons
Maybe the graph should be horizontal.

"Excellent"
Version: Ping Plotter Freeware 1.1
Pros
I have used Ping Plotter in several organisations over several years, on Win98, NT, 2k, XP and always found it reliable and useful. It shows you all the hops to the destination and the relative time to ping each one; this makes slow links obvious. Having identified a problem it is useful to be able to save a trace and show it to someone later on. I thoroughly recommend this - it has stood the test of time both in usefulness and reliability.
