PimpFish Basic is the free version of the popular download manager. Grab, download, share and organize Flash, Quicktime or any other video, pictures or files you find on Web sites. Use this Download Manager, IE or Firefox toolbar and FloatBar to grab pictures and movies from Web sites such as video.google.com, youtube.com, myspace.com, break.com, dailymotion.com, metacafe.com, putfile.com. Zoom pictures in your browser and grab embedded video with the advanced FloatBar. Use the SLAPfiles format to share stuff with your friends. PimpFish Basic has a Windows Media Player plugin to help you in saving stuff which plays in Windows Media Player.
Take advantage of picture-recognition technology and powerful filtering to help you get the pictures and movies you want. PimpFish Basic works with password-protected sites and is optimized for Windows XP. It has a very easy-to-use interface and a walkthrough to help you get started.

Pros: good vision from the developers
Cons: if you have a working version don't go for the upgrade. if you do you will upgrade to a limited working edition and that'll take 1 picture at a time and you have to hit the start button every time. also they changed how it works. it now makes arbitrary folders to store your pics in so you'll have to dig in quite a bit to find your new pics whenever you change sites or web pages. the premise is still great other than that you'll have to pay to get it working again

"very simple to use..very reliable program"
Pros: very easy program to install and use..all controls needed are easy to locate in the browser..ver compatible with IE and Firefox..quite stable..no website lockups or browser crashes.
Cons: there are still a FEW sites that pimpfish doesnt like..and some sites with embedded Windows media Player files that it wont download..BUT THEYRE GETTING THERE!!

Pros: IS great have had pimp running in various versions, evan pentafish, wish i could afford the latest full version, but this will do, ran other software but nothing comes close.
