From Joel Technologies :The Picture and Sound Show is a 32-bit screensaver for Windows that enables you to create your own slide shows from pictures and sounds on your computer. Each slide show has many customization options that control picture and sound order, picture position, transition effects, picture captions, and background patterns. There is no limit to the number of different slide shows that can be created, and the screensaver can automatically switch between slide shows at fixed intervals, or when the screensaver has been run a certain number of times. The Picture and Sound Show also can create customized screensavers for you to either use on your computer or to send to family or friends.

"Oh yes....That's what I'm talking about"
Pros: Once I figured out how to open the program (Right-click on Desktop/Properties/Screensavers), I was pleasantly surprised to find a well written little program. Frankly, I was thinking that I would have to pay for software like this for my projects. I give it 4 Stars and a big Yahoo!
Cons: You have to access the program in an unorthodox fashion, the same used to select a screensaver. I wish that could be made a little clearer. You know, for people like me. Duh...

Pros: Very Simple To Use Even For A "Computers For Dummies" type. Make sure you read my CONS before deciding if this program suits your needs.
Cons: Doesn't create a real screensaver. It is more like a slideshow viewer that uses pictures and music that MUST remain on your hard drive in the same path that you originally give it ... otherwise it can't find the pictures to display. Also IT DOESN'T COME WITH AN UNINSTALLER!! To uninstall it, you have to go into your WINDOWS directory somewhere and manually delete 3 files ... Hmmmmmm.....

Pros: Simple to use. Able to use with two screens. Up to 999 seconds on delay. Many other features I did not need but look good.

Summary: Easy to use program,too bad it didn't have wallpaper option though.

Pros: a good alternative for win2k users who want something similar to the winxp my pictures screensaver.
Cons: program doesn't handle recursive folders which really bothers me - have to add each sub-folder.
