It has lots of options and templates, or you can just design a plain collage with various sized pictures.
Cons
It takes a little time to familiarize yourself with all the options, but it's worth the effort.

I can't believe the authors of this software have the gall to release such a half-baked product. It doesn't save your collages correctly, so upon reopening them, all of your photos and text boxes may have changed. This software has no redeeming qualities over other packages and should not be considered for making collages.
