    "This is the best free photo program I have found. I"

    Pros

    It is also better than most paid programs. It is very user friendly and will let you do most everything you want to do with your pictures. Other programs made it very hard to do some things just because they want to sell you prints.

    Cons

    I haven't found any yet.
