Awesome organizing and cataloguing capabilities. Supports for IPTC/EXIF/XMP standard. Very intuitive and stylish. Recommended.
Cons
Because this is a free edition some features are limited and available on PicaJet FX version.

Pros
Handles keywords in an excellent hierachical manner and stores them in IPTC JPG/TIFF files. Best I have seen to date.
Cons
When I imported 20000 photos the software just became un-usably slow.

This desgin/skin is similar to media player skins. I really think it is a highly reccomended program that mainly you will like alot, if you are longing to find a photo viewer and editor it's here right infront of you. I'm sure that out of this catagory this program is the best. It is a stylish and a great program to use! Good programming and I think the further this goes the more expansion it will give to people.

Nice interface and editing tools.
Cons
The freeware version lacks the most important features, as usual. Seems to be the trend anymore, to give you just enough features to make you think your getting a great freeware program, but leave out features that you will want. Features such as backup and restore, sorting catagories, and creating more than one album, etc. In my opinion, this in not freeware, but a crippled demo without a time limit.

Some good photo editing tools. Almost an overwhelming variety of tools to organize pictures by (e.g., categories). The full-screen slide show can have audio background. Good EXIF & IPTC display capability. The few transition effets available were pleasing. Their "FX" version has more features, (but costs).
Cons
On startup, starts scanning my entire disk for pictures (lengthy!) Insufficient documentation. Often there was strange technical terminology in the documentation that was there. Sorting and ordering pictures didn't seem to work. Weak on pan and zoom. Weak on picture captioning (none on the slide show). Weak printing ability.

Ive been using other imaging software..this one beats them all, and its so easy to use..ex..just drag and drop, also the editing features are as good as any other ive used in the past..definitly thumbs up (and its free!)
