Pros: Free! Works as advertised! Best feature is it adds transparency to icons if the .psd file you created includes transparency.
Cons: This is not an image editor like some of the icon creation tools you can pay for. You need an image creation app like Photoshop.

Summary: This is a great tool. It makes finding a specific picture so much easier in a large folder with a thumbnail of the picture instead of .gif or .jpeg icon. Best of all it's free and there is no nagging registration required. read more
