Pros
This program, considering the price (FREE) is well-worth the download time. I was impressed with the number of frames and the wide assortment of photo layout options that it offers. If you're into digital photography, this program is worth a look.

"Intuitive, Fun, Powerful."

Pros
Being able to easily add a "Cartoon Balloon" saying or thought brings sending and/or posting photos another dimension of fun. Creating a photo for a customized greeting card or just the 'ol putting words into somebody's mouth it really can't be beat.
Cons
A clone stamp type of function would be a nice convince for blemish touch up.
Summary
Knowing almost nothing about programing/creating software it seems like it would be a pretty major modification for a clone stamp/air brush and for my personal needs a non issue. Have another program that can do that but only use it 5%(if that) not even 10% of the time anyway. It's especially nice to be able to have Photoscape "semi-installed" as I call it. Regular standard installation, put it into another directory folder, create another shortcut to point to the .exe file and clean the registry.
Although Photoscape isn't a program that takes up massive disk space or create ump-teen million folders that are required to run
being able to "semi install" to me is a true sign of software programming/creating mastery. Oh yeah...it has a great price tag too. -

Como solução caseira me satisfez bastante, simples, descomplicado e rápido.
digo caseira, pois é como utilizo, não posso dizer nada profissionalmente pois não é minha áreaCons
após abrir o desktop, carregar uma imagem, ele não guarda o diretório atual, voltando ao defaut, poderia haver uma configuração para este passo.

Poderia tambem permitir o aumento da resolução de imagens não só a diminuição.
