    "Quick and easy to use, but no guide (not really important since very intuitive)"

    Pros

    Once installed (french or english), you just open the directory where are your pictures, then rigth click on any picture to see a prewiew with a sub-menu to rotate or change the size. You have the choice to rename the file with a prefix or suffix or keep the same name with an automatic backup in a subdirectory.

    Cons

    Lack of documentation. There is a more recent version (1.4) but I get an annoying error message every time I change a picture, but still work fine (was on Windows 98).
