Summary
I came across this by accident,and didn`t use it straight away,but I`m glad I found it.Now I`m going back through all of my photos.For free this is great,after playing around with it I found it very simple to use.Shame it doesn`t support 16:9 screen ratio.I`m usually dubious of Microsoft,but I think they`ve come across a little winner here.

Summary
I've paid money for programs like this that aren't as good. True, you're limited on how creative you can get, or the various ways you can doctor a photo, but the program is very easy to use and certainly provides a down and dirty method of producing a nice movie/slide show. Of course, if you don't have Windows Media Player...
