    "No, I Don't want the web toolbar you forced upon me"

    Pros

    easy to use for novice. Tips feature that can be deactivated

    Cons

    web toolbar seems obligatory. Too many other pop-up features that get in the way more than they help. One whole tab dedicated to other free stuff they want you to get. I uninstalled the next day and was informed that some things could not be removed. Now i'm stuck with spyware or something else i don't want and don't know how to get rid of.

    Summary

    This seems far more interested in advertising for their other 'free' products, that probably also include similar unwanted hidden features that are left behind on the uninstall.
