Very good price, unlike other competitors, this software ACTUALLY works, transfers ALL of your songs instead of just some, user-friendly, fast, tech services is very responsive

Summary
GREAT SOFTWARE!! The only one available on the market that really works. I tried unsuccessfully for weeks to transfer all 344 of my iPod songs back to my computer and then onto my new iPhone. Nothing worked. I tried several software downloads which only grabbed a few of my songs. I also tried calling major electronic stores to see if they had any software that actually worked, but they didn?t. The Apple blogs were too complicated and ineffective. I finally found this software. When I contacted tech services for help, they were very responsive, helpful and courteous. This software is an EXCELLENT buy for the money. It is quick, user-friendly, and will transfer all of your songs from your iPod back to your computer in no time. I HIGHLY recommend this software!

At least as good as the other iPod to computer transfer programs out there and, @ $14.95, it's cheaper!

I had to upgrade to version 1.7 from the Pod to PC website to get the program to work properly in vista (www.PodToPC.com)

Easy to use, but needs iTunes to be open for it to work. Seamlessly transfers music from you iPod/iPhone to your iTunes playlist.
Cons
First Registration Key did not work. I emailed support and received a new key in 5 minutes. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Easy to use. Saved my music from a crashed computer. Works with iPhone.
