"Don't make the same MISTAKE, and use SENUTI instead"

    August 24, 2011  |   By cfreun2

    Version: Phone to Mac 3.0

    Pros

Well, this has certainly tested my patience against my will if you consider that a pro.

    Cons

This is taking DAYS to transfer my songs. I have 13,000 songs on my iPod, and three days later with continuous transferring through the day and night, it has only transferred 9,500 songs. ***? It has now slowed to a rate of transferring 1 song p min!

    Summary

I purchased a new MacBook Pro with a fresh hard drive. The first thing I did was download pod to mac on Monday. Today is late Wednesday evening and the songs are STILL TRANSFERRING! I have 13,000 songs on my iPod, and it transferred 9,500. I don't even want to think of the difficulties it will have with my podcasts. I seriously don't understand what is taking so long. This has inconvenienced me in so many ways.

"Deleted all files on my iPod - don't use this!"

    June 8, 2011  |   By jashan75

    Version: Phone to Mac 4.1.1.3

    Pros

Would have been nice if it worked.

    Cons

It just didn't work for me - instead, it ruined my iPod.

    Summary

I had all files on my iPod before connecting with Pod to PC. It showed my files, I tried to download them. Failed. Then I got a really annoying "buy full version" popup and couldn't close the app in any way. So I had to shut it down. After that, my iPod had no more tracks on it.

In other words: Instead of recovering my MP3s, using this software deleted them from my iPod. I'm not amused.

    "Doesn't work"

    June 23, 2010  |   By rpsmith99

    Version: Phone to Mac 3.303

    Pros

Downloads music and video from your ipod

    Cons

Customer service; Doesn't work for pictures

    Summary

It's supposed to take pictures from your pod to your mac, but it didn't work for me. I even paid for the full version. Don't expect any help if it doesn't work for you - no response.

"Don't bother unless you want to buy."

    May 27, 2010  |   By Red-SoxGuy

    Version: Phone to Mac 3.303

    Pros

Looks like it will do the job quite well.

    Cons

Only allows 10 song transfer with free try. Then asks for $20 and quits if you don't buy.

    Summary

I have only needed this type of software only once before. I don't think its worth $20 to me if I only use it 2 times in five years. I'm sure there is something free somewhere out there, there always is.

    "are you kidding me?"

    December 29, 2009  |   By aimsterloo

    Version: Phone to Mac 3.061

    Pros

It copies my ipod to itunes

    Cons

Makes you relaunch. can't transfer files all at once, I have to highlight about 5 and then it will transfer them. Also, it doesn't copy the artist name or album. I have to add this information to my itunes myself which takes tons of time.

    Summary

I would not recommend this product to anyone unless they want a long drawn out process
