"Great works very well"
Version: Phone Amego 1.4_8
Pros
Having the ability to use my laptop as a handsfree set-up for the iPhone via bluetooth rocks. Using an iPhone 5.
Cons
None really.
Noticed there's also a google voice option but we don't have it in the UK.Summary
I highly recommend this application.

"Love it! Does what it says it does."
Version: Phone Amego 1.4c1
Pros
I'm replacing Parliant's PhoneValet which is discontinued and problematic to begin with. Phone Amego in combination with a Google Voice account is allowing me to finally get rid of my landline.
Cons
Fairly easy to use but took a while for me to get it all set up.
Summary
As an IT person, I've always been amazed at how lame phone/computer integration is. This app has changed my mind.

"Crashes during setup."
Version: Phone Amego 1.3c2
Pros
No basis for saying.
Cons
Looks to be a good product, but it crashed three times when i tried to set it up, taking a couple of other applications with it. Maybe my Nokia N 97 is incompatible with it.
Summary
It's not worth the effort, much less the cost.

"Now with VoIP ATA CID Integration - Awesome"
Version: Phone Amego 1.1.9
Summary
This review was originally posted on VersionTracker.com.
This little Phone Friend now has it all, works great with my SPA-2100 -- I can get CID for my iPhone and SIP VoIP without having to run to grab the phones to see who's calling. This is the kind of integration Apple should have built-in! Google Voice fits the dialing bill nicely, as well as BT dialing for iPhones. The developer is very responsive to feature suggestions and bug resolution.
About the only things I can think of that would be additional features to add would be some iChat (maybe Yahoo IM too) contextual menus to allow dialing contacts who have numbers in the Address Book. Also Safari phone number dialing integration like there is on the iPhone, but that's probably something Apple needs to add... The Services menu just doesn't quite fit the bill.
