- Word Duppy - Adds support for indexing Microsoft Word documents.

- Relevance Ranking - Apply weighting to key words.
- Include/Exclude pages - Now uses a substring comparison against full URLs for additional flexibility.
- CGI mode dropped - the CGI mode is no longer supported.
- Bug Fixes:
- Phantom would sometimes interpret foreign character sets incorrectly when crawling local files.
- An incorrect error code would be returned if Phantom was unable to download a binary file.
- Phantom could "hang" when attempting to crawl a malformed PDF file.
- Phantom could crash during keyword cleaning.
- Slight change to Phantom's indexing routine to make it more tolerant of HTML which uses relative indexing.
- The Number of Results in the search result page would sometimes display the incorrect number.
