  "PERFECT DISK is, well ~ "PERFECT" ~ Hi Wendy! Hi Susie!"

  Pros: Worth far more than the cost!
  Easy to install and use!
  Runs in the background seamlessly, using very few resources!
  Defrags very fast on a well maintained Hard Drive.
  User interface very easy to understand & just chock full of important information!

  Cons: The only Con I can think of is that it isn't free. But then you get what you pay for, don't you? Raxco doesn't charge much at all for all the value you get, both in Software AND Support!

  Summary: I have been using PerfectDisk for at least the last 4 iterations of the product. In my book, Raxco and her employees are just #1! With service and product beyond compare! I find that all the software I have purchased from Raxco has served my needs with MORE THAN 110% perfection and the one glitch that surfaced (caused by a
  software product from another company) was handled immediately by tech support and the repair patch that I was sent worked perfectly! Setup was ultra easy! My advice for the previous commenter who was so in love with PerfectDisk 8 would be to re-install PD8 (UN-INSTALL PD10 FIRST). Then Email or call Raxco and present your
  opinion in a pleasant manner... Since I don't work there, I can't guarantee it, but I bet if you ask for it, they will give you a refund. You say you didn't save your PD8 Installer? NEXT TIME YOU'LL KNOW BETTER! Ask Customer service... they MIGHT be able to provide you with a PD8 Installer. Customer Service at Raxco is the best I've ever experienced! They even gave me a retroactive discount when I was one hour late for signing up! Call Raxco ~ 800-546-9728 ~ ask the operator for Wendy Clontz or x7806. The same accolade goes for Tech support! I called Susie Colon when that glitch came up and I had the aforementioned patch in my Email inbox in 10 MINUTES! If you have ANY PROBLEM with ANY Raxco product, I recommend you "CALL RAXCO!" ~ 1-800-546-972.
  
  Particular recognition for service "Above and beyond the call of duty" should go to Wendy Clontz and Susie Colon... Thank you Ladies for ALL your great help!
  
  I have read all the reviews (29 of them at this writing, 30 after I post this) and it seems as tho a lot of the most recent posters have little good to say about this product, but IMHO, I believe that if you have a gripe about PD10 you should call Customer Support and or Technical Support (You've got 30 days to try the product for FREE before you need to spend your money) after your 30 day FREE TRIAL, if you don't like the product, you shouldn't buy it! I recommend you read ALL of the reviews of this software! If you do, I'm fairly sure you will decide that this software is the best for the job and that Raxco Customer Support and Technical Support are THE BEST in the industry!!
  
  As I mentioned above, Raxco is #1 in my book and I am their customer for life! I am not an employee of Raxco or a shill... I am just a VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!
  
  My most fond wish in all the whole world is that Raxco could find the time to create a Firewall and/or Anti-Malware product that works as well as PerfectDisk does in the "Defrag" world! We could all be in 'Hog Heaven' then!!

  Oh!! One thing I forgot to mention!... The PerfectDisk 10 FREE Download for you to test and try for 30 days at no cost is NOT "Crippleware" like so many other products are! The PerfectDisk 10 FREE trial provides you with software that provides you with all the functions available in the Paid version. The FREE version also provides you with all the Customer Service and Tech Support you could want or need, included in the price... $0.00 Best deal on the planet!!
