    "One of my must have utilities."

    Pros

    You can let it run on its own or to your liking.
    Has S.M.A.R.T. monitor so you can know if a drive is failing.
    More features than previous versions.
    Excellent upgrade pricing.
    Quick defragmentation.
    Update through the software.

    Cons

    I haven't found any.

    Summary

    I've been using it for 5 years on 4 systems.
