"My pet peeve is trial ware that calls itself free"
Pros: I guess three free conversions are better than none
Cons: IT's trialware, shame on you C-Net for misleading us.

"Free Version worth the $, NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT AFTER BUY"
Pros: Easy to use the free version. Not complicated.
Cons: I got an error message and the program stopped working. So I bought the full version since I liked it. NO RESPONSE TO 3 EMAILS to get it working. Give them your money & they drop you like a new born giraffe.
Summary: Poor Customer support. Good luck if you try it.... read more

"Won't convert M4P files!! Itunes or napster"
Pros: Don't know of any
Cons: DRM copy protection from audio files. Purchased songs from digital music services like Napster, or the iTunes Store often come with DRM restrictions that stop you from using other portable devices. This software won't convert M4P files
