From TC ConS Software :

The aim of this game is to remove the pegs from the board. You have to move the pegs by capturing them, just like in Checkers. A capturing move is a jump, and here, it is the only move allowed. The winning configuration is an empty board with one single peg (the final position doesn't matter).
