"Easy, Fast, Reliable, Decompresses lots of file types"
Version: PeaZip Portable 3.6.2
Pros
Standalone, Easy interface, No nagware.
Cons
None. Decompresses / Extracts reliably.
Summary
I like standalone applications: Nothing to install on my computer.
I only use it to decompress (extract) files, which it does very well.
PeaZip is easy to understand. I don't have to tinker with it to get it to work.
I don't compress/archive files, so I have no opinion on its compresson ability. -
"best darn archiving software this side of "free""
Version: PeaZip Portable 2.9.1
Pros
it opens and closes the largest variety of extensions I've ever seen in a zipping software, best of all you can put it on a usb drive and take it anywhere. I use the non portable version on my laptop exclusively
Cons
your friends might not have this so you may be limited to which of the many formats you can compress to
Summary
this software is very easy to set up and use, it can be integrated into portableapps.com
and best of all it's free -

"The only archive utility you'll ever need."
Version: PeaZip Portable 2.8.1
Pros
I've been using PeaZip now for over 2 years and I have used other archive handlers, some free, some not free and this light weight utility is the CHAMP! It handles all popular archive formats and is infinitely customizable.
Cons
I've found no bugs that I can think of but they might think of a better name and icon for it...
Summary
Try it! You'll love it!!!

"Pretty good program"
Version: PeaZip Portable 2.7.1
Pros
It's FREE and it WORKS. It's just what I needed to open a RAR file.
Cons
It's a little more complicated than I thought it would be, meaning it's not quite as user-friendly as I thought.
Summary
Even though it takes some getting used to, I will (and have) recommend it to family and friends. I have it installed on my work and home computers.
