  "Pazera MP4 to AVI is good utility"

  Pros: The Pazera software works very good. Not only from MP4 to AVI but also from
  MP4 to normal MPEG.
  ( Used machine = Windows ME, with PIII and 256 MB RAM. )

  Cons: Nothing to remark.

  Summary: If you have other Pazera encoders or decoders, then place them into the same
  directory. It gives the Pazera version more possibilities.
  But for the rest this software is still OK ! read more

  "Works as advertised. No surprises."

  Pros: Simple operation. Easy to figure out.

  Cons: So many other programs out there that do this. It is hard to differentiate them from the crowd.

  "In the process of using it for the first time right now"

  Pros: The number of options available to the new user is impressive. The default settings appear to at least start the conversion process (I'm writing this as it's converting a 1.5 GB mp4).

  Cons: I don't know yet. If I come across anything worth mentioning, I'll post an update.
