"Worked for me. Quicktime .mov file comberted for my PC."
Pros: Easy to use... converted Quicktime to PC editable file on first attempt. Best of all it is FREE.
Cons: Nothing bad to say about this download.

"Free,Yes actually "FREE!!" Does what it says it will."
Pros: Actually does work. No water marks at end of finished videos or annoying marketing pop-ups. Great for inexper. user as myself. I had downloaded many so-called Free programs which turned out to be trails only,But listed as free ( old bait & switch ).
Cons: Yes, it does install weirdly,but just watch for where it will be downloaded to & you'll find it or install it in a area you want it to be in..just know where it will be located before you click contune.
Summary: I like it because it is a no frills program that does what it says it will do. I have converted 45 .mov to .wmv with no problems at all & have been able to make my movies together seemlessly using my windows movie maker. read more

"Solves my clip import problems"
Pros: This is a quick and easy solution for importing MOV files to AVI so I can view and edit them with my movie editing software
Cons: It wasn't as easy to install as I'm used to
Summary: I'm sometimes frustrated by MOV files since I'm on a pc and I've only got a 50% chance they will play. I'm very happy with this program as it converts to AVI format, and I can select which codec I want to use. Brilliant! My hat is off to Pazera, than... read more

"IT DOES CONVERT FROM MOV TO AVI"
Pros: DOES THE JOB. SIMPLE. YOU DO NEED TO USE YOUR COMMON SENSE TO GET THINGS GOING. BUT PRETTY SIMPLE.
Cons: A LOT OF COVERSION/PROTOCOL/CODECS THAT MAY BE CONFUSING TO EVERYDAY COMPUTER USER, BUT THOSE FEATURES MIGHT BE EXACTLY WHAT A PRO MOVIE TECH MAY NEED. DONT KNOW. THE SOFTWARE HAS SOME BUGS WICH MADE IT LOOK UNDESIREABLE, BUT I GOT ARROUND THOSE.
Summary: GOOD TO GET THINGS GOING QUIKLY AND MOVE ON TO OTHER IMPORTANT THINGS. read more

Version: Pazera Free MOV to AVI Converter 1.2
"Converts from .MOV files to other types like .WMV, etc"
Pros: It did what it said it would do. It converted my .MOV file that would only play in Quicktime into a .WMV file so I could use the video in Windows Movie Maker.
And, it was free!Cons: It didn't come with any instructions on how to use it. I had to start pointing and clicking the various files in the area it downloaded to on my computer, and I eventually got it to do something.
Wish you didn't have to search to get it to run.
