just now downloaded, installed and used it once. From what I've done so far, it's pretty good. downloaded really fast(granted it was only 6mb) and the only problem I really had was the annoying ads I get when i downloaded it(then again, I get these ads all the time so I guess it's not TOO bad).
The design is nowhere near top notch but if it works as well as it is now, I can live with the windows 95 style design. It's insanely easy to use. Any idiot who can push the power button on their computer could use this program, and there's a ton of options and settings for people who at least know what they're doing.
Overall, it's a simple and easy to use program that also comes with a few simple tools to edit the videos for the people that have at least some idea of what they're doing. -

I had no audio in any videos with .3g2 extension. This conversion tool re-established audio with no video quality loss.
Cons
Each video lost about four frames upon conversion to .avi....Small price to pay for being able to hear my grandchildren's voices on the videos!!
Summary
I'm thrilled with the results, as indicated above. I would recommend this download to all having the same issues as I, namely, .3g2 files on videos made with cell telephone. Thanks again!!

Can't say if it works for other stuff but not for what I needed. Ended up downloading the best rated user review here at CNET, It worked. I think it was called Factory Audio converter, or something like that, I left a review anyway.
I was using it for video, not audio, but the other one did work. not this one.
