-It may simply be a problem with my computer, judging by the many satisfied reviews on this site, but the most important features of the program simply don't work: I can't paste usrname/pass into a webpage login without manually selecting them from the keychain (the program claims to detect which webpage you're on and automatically select the relevant info, but guess what? It doesn't.) Time consuming and obnoxious. Also, the program says it only works in certain web browsers, but doesn't specify which. Neither Chrome now IE worked.

I used this program for years and loved it. Then one day my computer crashed and my backup didn't work. I was able to recover an image of my hard drive but was unable to recover my passwords since they are all buried somewhere in the registry and I cannot retrieve them. The software developer's website is non-existent so I could not get any support for the problem which was disappointing since I loved the program. I am afraid to use it now on my new computer since I don't trust the backups and there would be no way to recover the lost data in the event of another crash.

I couldn't transfer the passwords to my laptop using a USB key. Propbably me doing it wrong!
Summary
I've had it many years without problem, and have recommended and downloaded it for friends. I have tried others for my laptop, and found them cumbersome, and started again with Keychain. Excellent product/

Quick install, easy to use. Neded something simple &free, far this is the best I have found. May still go with RoboForm but this is covering bases for now. To many sites, to many passwords, need to change them regularly. Great utility! Thanks.
