"A brilliant system for up to 10 providers."
Version: Password Agent Lite 2.3.4
Pros
Simple, intuitive stable & secure..
Cons
Not a lot. But beware that you must use a password that you can not forget - otherwise all your details will be lost. There is no central reference point to retrieve them!
Summary
The lite version is adequate. The upgrade is not only cheap but has been stable for years though some 4 Microsoft operating systems without any call to spend more on further updating. My main problem has been to allow myself to log too many providers without doing the housework on them.
The full version of 'Password Agent' is indispensible to me. Having used the 'Lite' version until my needs expanded beyond its reasonable use, the full version is a wonder to me - & one of the few programs which runs from pre- Millenium up to & including Windows 7, 64 bit.

"Secure Passwords can't be memorized.Enter PasswordAgent"
Version: Password Agent Lite 2.3.4
Pros
I use a secure, complex password unique to every site. One cannot remember them and should not write them down. Password Agent assure this complexity with an easy password program.
Cons
I don't know of any cons.
Summary
When writing this review, CNET asked me to log in. I don't remember joining CNET nor the password I used to originally sign up, but Password Agent did. Everytime I sign up at any site, I record it in Password Agent. If I change my email address, I have every site recorded that must be advised of my new email address.
Also important, key loggers can't record your passwords when entered by Password Agent.
When travelling, I copy Password Agent to my memory stick, and every site I need to contact and every password travels with me. -
"One of the best password programs available"
Version: Password Agent Lite 2.6.2
Pros
If needed, you can take it with you on a USB device and just plug it into a computer, open, do what you need and NOTHING remains on that computer when your done. Store the links to the sites in the entry and open them from inside PWA if you'd prefer.
Cons
Only that there isn't a separate or upgraded version that can be used on a PDA or Smartphone and sync between them. Don't bother to ask either.
Summary
Creates passwords of almost any size for you and they can contain upper case, lower case, numbers and special characters - you select the number of and types of characters and the program accommodates you. If you spring for the paid version, you can keep well beyond the 25 entries allowed on the Lite version. Instead of keeping all of those emails with your code, key, etc. when you purchase a program, I store the codes/keys inside PWA. Yes, it's good to store much more than just passwords though your entries must be in a text form and not contain HTML, etc.. I love this program despite there not being a PDA or Smartphone version.

"The absolute best, but the simplest."
Version: Password Agent Lite 2.3.4
Pros
The fact that I can choose my own password or it will randomly generate one if I so desire.
Cons
The fact that if you download an updated version, you get the Lite version, even though you may have purchased it before.
Summary
I've used this product since I first started using passwords, more than 20 years ago.

"I liked the free version so much I bought the upgrade"
Version: Password Agent Lite 2.3.4
Pros
Love being being able to group all my user name/passwords making for logical searches. You can also create personal folders for other users to keep things tidy.
Cons
Not much, only that if you do share your program with family members they will have access to your accounts. Would love a secondary user master password to keep accounts separate.
Summary
Simple, intuitive, works great!
