Pros
Passwords and notes securely online. I've used it for several months now, and no problems. Plus you can download the desktop client, and sync between everything. And it's free, too! (And no, I don't work for them, or know anyone that does!)
Cons
None! None! None! (And here I have to enter "at least 10 characters"!) I guess they've never heard of brevity!

Note that Download.com has mis-categorized Passpack as

when it is clearly for password storage and protection! -

I had been using Passpack for 1 year but now I'm moving to mashedLife.com, since I need to stay in sync with the rest of the world and Mash life gives me much more freedom with the versatile tools:

Also there are certain sites I can't use Passpack to log in, but I can use Mash life to log into. It is purely for daily pragmatic reasons for my move.
