Version: ParetoLogic Privacy Controls 1.0.42
"Help - They don't know what they're doint"
Pros: Not much to like
Cons: I bought ParentoLogic Privacy Controls. I ran the full scan and it identified many, many files ... 66,000. Before I deleted them, I sent an email to the company asking for clarifiction because I didn't want to delete the file - just the reference.
Well, over several days I received emails from 3 different techs. Finally Kyle told me that every was fine and it was okay to press "Remove". Well, fortunately I didn't. About 2 hours later I received another email from a different person who said, in effect, "Hold On". We are checking on this.
So I sent them more info and this morning received an email that I am being bumped up to a higher level tech. Oh good, another person.
Based on what I have found so far, I wouldn't recommend the product. I don't like getting passed along from one person to another AND they may be giving out bad answers.
