Email feature never did work right. Support very unhelpful and hostile.
Summary
After my experience with InforWorks Technology and their support staff I've decided not to ever use another of their products. Crappy support is expected with free software but when you pay for a product you should be able to expect a resonable solution (by phone would be nice) without long wait periods (sometimes days), hostility and someone talking down to you. I've decided to go with Net Nanny and so far it's the best choice I made in this department.

Easy to install and use. Provides comprehensive recording. Really like remote monitoring and chat monitoring. Very good tool.
