    "Works great!"

    Pros

    I can write & read PC-formatted flash & external drives! A lot of Mac folks format their flash and external drives as FAT32, they think this format is good because it is compatible with both Windows and Mac OS platforms. True... but, the maximum file size is only 4GB. That means you can't share many software installer files, movies and other large files. But, the Mac OS doesn't support writing to Windows-formatted NTFS volumes, what to do? Install third-party software so you can write and read NTFS (Windows) formatted flash drives and external disks with your Windows friends.

    Cons

    Why in the world doesn't Apple put the ability to read NTFS-formated external drives in the Operating System?! Why should we have to pay to use third party software?! The install instructions could be a bit easy for newbies.

    Summary

    I have a MacBook Pro running OS 10.6.8, and was going crazy trying to share an external hard drive with a Windows friend. I tried Tuxera and I couldn't install it. This Paragon program works, woo hoo! Apple should buy this program and put it in the Apple OS!
