Publisher's description
From Microsoft Games :The creator of Tetris, Alexey Pajitnov, teamed up with Microsoft to help create Pandora's Box. It is a puzzle-solving game that will take you literally to the ends of the Earth. This journey includes 350 puzzles. It's up to you to solve them, capture the Tricksters, and save the world from chaos.
The puzzles are not typical word and logic puzzles, but instead take advantage of computer technology and challenge your visual skills. Some are twists on a familiar challenge and others are unique. They all provide a relaxing, subconscious, and enjoyable challenge that can be more fun than cerebral word or logic puzzles.
CNET Editor's Note: Pandora's Box demo won't run on Pentium III or faster computers. Retail version requires this patch to launch the game.

Version: Pandora's Box
"Great game, desparately needs an update"
Pros: The game never seems to end and the challenge increases with each level (I think there are over 300!). Great game, totally adictive and a lot of fun.
Cons: Doesn't work on XP or Vista

Version: Pandora's Box
"Visually stunning and totally addictive!"
Pros: I bought this product when it was first released and I haven't found anything that compares since. The difficulty levels gradually increase as you complete each level. The puzzles themselves are beautiful, unique, and challenging. This is a refreshing, relaxing, and absorbing game that takes you all over the world. You are immersed in culture with sounds and visuals. I didn't want it to end!

Version: Pandora's Box
Pros: none
Cons: The demo wouldn't run on a P4 w/HT and Win XP. The patch is only for the retail version, so there doesn't seem to be a way to get the demo to work on newer systems.

Version: Pandora's Box
"If you want to sell this you might want to update it"
Pros: I liked nothing about this!
Cons: Update it please - I won't spend $99 on a game that might not work on my computer.

Version: Pandora's Box
"Timeless, and you can make it work"
Pros: Its really addictive, and once you start being good at it, you can't stop, I used to play it on Windows 95, and now I just found the old CD, ran it on Windows XP, followed the instructions on the patch page of microsoft, I think I had to download one more thing besides the patch, and it worked again, and I fell in love all over again
