  "At last a recovery tool that actually works for you"

  Pros

  All of it, There is nothing about this product that i do not like, I have in the past spent serious money on recovery tools that do not do a fraction of what Pandora does.

  Can feel clunky but not used to interface

  recovery of deleted files because of this company's software, i am truly greatful.

  Cons

  a parameter for time would have been helpful.

  Tried serveral programs from download.com but this software was the only one to that finished the job completely.

  "IT A NICE PROGRAM WORKS GOOD!!"

  IT HAS MANY DIFFERENT FORMATS IT CAN RECOVER AND IT CAN RECOVER
  SINGLE PICTURES WITHOUT A FLASH STICK BUT YOU CHANCE LOOSING SOME
  PIXEL PICTURE QUALITY THOUGH. IT EVEN RECOVERS FINDS SOME REALLY
  SERIOUSLY ERASED STUFF.

  NOT MUCH BUT I HAVE USED TRUE CRYPT ERASER ON THE FREE SPACE OF MY HARD DRIVE MANY TIMES AND BEEN ABLE TO RECOVER GOOD AMOUNT OF STUFF WHETHER BEING COMPLETE OR HALF IMAGE OR JUST SHOW A X THAT IT KNOWS IT IS A IMAGE

  SINCE I HAVE BEEN USING PREVENT RESTORE 1.9 TAKES ONLY 1 HR TOPS TO WIPE ALL MY HARD DRIVE FREE SPACE ERASER TOOK 12 BUT GAVE ME A LOT OF GIG BACK BUT BY USING PREVENT RESTORE 1.9 PANDORA RECOVERY COULD ONLY FIND ONE IMAGE AND IT WAS JUST A RED X
  AND IT THE FREE VERSION OF PREVENT RESTORE 1.9 FOR GUTMANN YOU NEED TO BUY A SERIAL KEY I HEAR BUT NEVER TRIED Zilla Data Nuker 2 IS SUPPOSE TO BE REAL GOOD TOO TAKE IT FROM ME PREVENT RESTORE 1.9 OWNS PANDORA RECOVERY
  BOTTOM LINE PANDORA GREAT UNLESS YOU ARE SHREDDING WIPING FILES FOLDERS WITH GREAT SOFTWARE IT GOOD ENOUGH TO RECOVER WHAT ERASER THROUGH AT IT ON 35 PASSES OF GUTMANN MAX STICK TO TRUE CRYPT AS ONLY ENCRYPTING YOUR WHOLE HARD DRIVE AND USE THE 35 GUTMANN PASS SHREDDER ON LESS SENSITIVE STUFF JUST TO GAIN THE FREE SPACE IT NOT A SECURE FREE DISK DRIVE WIPER BUT IT DOES FREE UP A TON OF ROOM AND IS GREAT AS A LOCKING ENCRYPTING KEEPING PEOPLE OUT YOUR COMPUTER.

  "this rocks!!!!"

  this product is better than the others i tried in recovering my files and can read event he earlier drafts of the file created like the documents long gone.

  directory tree recovery is not yet a feature

  Summary

  I don't really give a damn in the appearance so long as it is true to its claims, and you ROCK!!! The only thing I hope to see in the next release is the directory tree recovery, although I could bear with this with the file names intact rather than the directory recovered but corrupted/incomplete files...

  "This would be an excellent even if it wasn't freeware."

  Pros

  Professional Interface. Identified erased files and extent they may have been overwritten. Does not attempt to overwrite on problematic media (SD Card).

  Cons

  Could not find means of preserving date and time stamps for recovered files. Recovered files were given current date and time.

  Summary

  The produce is an excellent "gift" from the publisher for those of us who will probably only need its functionality for one use -- how many times can you screw-up the files on a SD Card?

  Pros

  Pandora recovery is easy to use and works well. It recovered all the photos from my reformatted harddrive without any problems.

  Cons

  It would be nice if it could find video files, however it found everything else so well I'm quite willing to overlook this

  An outstanding programme. straight forward to use, easy, does exactly as it says it will. what more could you ask for?

  Cons

  the only con is, if you're looking at this review then you're not going to be in the best of moods! there again, if you're reading this review - you're problems are nearly over!!

  Summary

  Top programme - you will not belive you are using freeware. more to the point DO NOT buy recovery! download this instead. the only thing you will need is an alternative drive such as a memory stick or another computer the rest is easy - pandora does the rest.
