    "Horrible.Just horrible"

    Pros

    can't think of any. gave it 1 star because cnet wouldn't let it give me no stars.

    Cons

    Cannot uninstall.
    Cannot system restore.
    cannot install another antivirus.
    cannot get tech support to help me get this damn thing off my computer.

    Summary

    wanted to try before I buy...decided against it and now can't get it off my computer.
