Pros: Nothing I like about it
Cons: I have a Zire 72 and could not get it to work on new download. It even crashed my PC

"Did not like interface - missing some features"
Pros: nothing very positive to say
Cons: Installed and uninstalled immediately. Did not like the interface compared with version 4.1.4, which I re-installed. It is missing the "Themes" feature which lets you choose the interface colour, which is must for me - no additional features either

"Hot Sync no longer works!! Desktop data missing!!"
Pros: I really don't have anything good to say about this update. It has totally messed up my desktop Palm info.
Cons: Hot Sync will not longer work. Can not sync desktop with handheld. Even crashed my system on third try to install. Currently, desktop only contains contact info, everything else is gone and I can't sync it back to my hand held. Not happy.
Summary: I tried to reinstall a previous version and it will not let me because I have this newer version installed. This has been a very bad experience with this Palm update. I would not recommend this product or update to anyone at this point. read more

"very hard to install on my 32 bit Vista"
Pros: no experience yet
Cons: had to reinstall three times since it kept giving me blue SOD during synch.

"way better than the 1st version that came with the palm"
Pros: More sleek design and easier to install things onto palm...
Cons: media reading section still hangs and takes forever to load if you have a lot of pictures/videos in there.
Summary: upgrade your old desktop... u won't regret it. read more
