    "lots of options"

    Pros

    this software enables you to create the most incredible graphics, this new version, is faster, and it's even more complete than the last one.

    You have this tool, that emulates a pallete and you with the cursor mix the color as it they were real paint.

    this software is perfect if you work with digital photography

    Cons

    well, if you are a begginer it will take you some time to get used to, but with some time you will love it
