    "A must have for image editing"

    Cons

    Pretty basic out of the box. You need to install plugins before it really start being a contender with GIMP or Photoshop.

    Summary

    I consider this program on the same level as GIMP or Photoshop. For quickly editing (resize, color changes, etc) photos, I prefer Paint.NET. It loads faster and seems more intuitive to use than other image editing programs.
