Pros: Very good photo editor and easy to use, and you can add some good plug-ins
to this has well..

"Very Well done program with a lot of nice features"
Pros: It is free... Very Mature Product with a lot of very nice features that you would find in programs like PaintShop Pro and many others.
Cons: 4 tools that show up on top of a large image that you are editing.
Summary: This program is well done and has a lot of rich features that make it a great choice for anyone that needs to do beginning to intermediate artwork on their PC. read more

Pros: I normally use Adobe Photoshop Elements 5. Paint.NET 3.36 is similar -- and free!
Cons: No right-click menu on layers
