Pros: Light on sources, a little more features than Microsoft Paint.
Kinda easy to use too.

Pros: i like it which is better gimp or paint.net? to me there same to me just with less memory when installing
Cons: one thing need to connect to the internet when installing microst.net framwork no what verison it is that sucks since my inete is down on my laptop and i need to be connected to teh net to install the .net framwork big downside to me
