Version: POPFile 1
Pros: I've been running POPFile for just a few days now. After I re-classifying the first 18 items (about 12 legit and 6 spam) that were "unclassified," POPFile hasn't misclassified a single item since (about 60 mail messages). I am impressed!
Cons: Installation wasn't so easy. There are many potential issues. I would not suggest POPFile for the computer illiterate.
