"I wouldn't be without POP Peeper"
Version: POP Peeper 3.8.1
Pros
It's very convenient and saves a lot of time.
Cons
I can't think of any cons.
Summary
I wouldn't be without POP Peeper. I have several email accounts for different purposes, some on the web and some in Outlook Express on my computer. With POP Peeper I can easily see, at any time, what mail has come in to the different accounts. I set mine to check mail every ten minutes, but you can send for mail whenever you want. When I go away from the computer I leave the POP Peeper window at the top so that I can see immediately when I get back what mail has come in. When I'm at the computer I minimize it to the taskbar and it sends up a small notice when new mail arrives; then I can open POP Peeper (very easily; it's right there on the taskbar) to see more details and to access the messages. I can open the mail right on POP Peeper itself, though I never have been able to figure out how to configure things so that I can send mail out from the Peeper...I've tried and haven't gotten it right yet, though it can supposedly be done. It's not that important to me, so I haven't pursued it.

"Same as the previous version for my use."
Version: POP Peeper 3.8.1
Pros
It does what it is supposed to do.
Cons
Sometimes it seems to not notify when new mail is received, but restarting it then works as it should.

"Created a nightmare!!"
Version: POP Peeper 3.8.1
Pros
None-awful, big mistake
Cons
This program dumped all my new mail and saved mail into it's system thereby wiping out most of my email inboxes. I spent all day trying to restore new emails, read emails but saved for later, mail that had been waiting, etc. I wrote Kim Komando because she recommends this product that this thing is horrible. Maybe I did something wrong but I really don't think I did.
Summary
Stay away from this program if you want to keep your emails safe and tidy.
