Publisher's description
From Allround Automations :PL/SQL Developer is an integrated development environment for developing, testing, debugging, and optimizing Oracle PL/SQL stored-program units such as packages, triggers, and so on. The program features context-sensitive help and database-object descriptions. Also included is a full-featured integrated debugger, a multi-session/multi-threaded environment, a code assistant, a template library, a macro library, and a command window. Previous versions added integration with Oracle HTML manuals; Synonyms, Users, Roles, and Object Privileges in the Object Browser; and user-defined shortcut keys for all functions. Other previous improvements include the Code Navigator with Code Contents, Hyperlink Navigation and Browse buttons, the Table and Sequence definition editors, conditional break points, version-control integration, enhanced template functionality, enhanced SQLPlus compatibility for the Command window, and more.
This update includes a new Project concept, HTML Reports, Export & Compare User Objects tools, XML support, Query Export in CSV, TSV, XML, and HTML format, substitution variables, HTP output, PL/SQL Trace, and more.

"Rock solid, true multi-tasking, with easy profiling"
Pros: Kicks TOAD's butt in SQL queries, PL/SQL development.
Cons: TOAD's tabbing is still superb for rapid browsing of DB objects.

"Very Good IDE for PL/SQL Development."
Pros: I like this product the best of all the PL/SQL Development IDE's out there. Sure, every IDE has it's own pros and cons, but, of all of them, this has the most pros as far as I am concerned.
Couple of them that caught my eye are:
1) It's NICE integration with Visual SourceSafe(source control).
2) It opens different sessions for different windows by default. That is not always a good thing(like when you are using VPD's), but, here is the kicker. It is a changeable setting. I haven't known any other IDE to be doing that. This way you get the best of both worlds.
Also, I like the new icon that they have (the pinkish colored database icon) rather than their old green and yellow.

"God has smiled upon Oracle Developers."
Pros: This product is intuitive, full featured, FAST, STABLE and easy to use. I wouldn't be surprised if ORACLE corp tries to buy these guys out and make this thier standard. They're already a customer (seriously, check it out on thier client list).. If you know what you're doing, you will really like this thing.
Cons: No cons. Really. I have tried to find them, they don't exist.
