    "less than stellar attempt"

    October 4, 2010  |   By js_nunya

    Version: PKZIP for Windows 9.0

fully functional, i guess... good 30 day trial

seems a bit more invasive than should be necessary, (changes widows so all archives say "pkzip" as file type, instead of .zip for example) worst part? NO uninstall, and I'm having a hard time getting PKWare support to assist me in getting rid of it.

PKzip USED to be the name in compression software... i can see how this would appeal to some users, but I'm going back to peazip. if you're REALLY bored, and wanna blow a few bucks... go for it... it cant do any thing that... Peazip, IZArc, 7z, ZipGenius, Alzip, jzip, and a TON of other fully functional *FREE* archive apps can do...

"The best, most intuitive ZIP program around"

    August 6, 2009  |   By KPBerg

    Version: PKZIP for Windows 9.0

The program does the thinking. I like the way it interacts with my Verizon mail. When downloading multiple files (normally, one at a time) ZIP will open up and capture all at once. I like how easy it is to start a new folder and add files to it.

    None I know of.

Easy to use, intuitive and reactive - great program . Much better than other ZIP programs I have had and more reasonably priced.
