PHPForms is a web service that allows anyone to create various kinds of professional online forms and surveys in a few clicks with no programming skills required. The form builder has easy-to-use WYSIWYG interface. To create any kind of form you simply need to drag and drop desired form fields or additional elements to the form builder workspace, edit element names and properties, then click on the 'Save' button. And that's it. Any form can be embedded in a web page by copying and pasting generated code. You can also grab direct link to your form and post it anywhere on the web. Besides standard fields typical for most form builders PHPForms provides a large set of survey fields indispensable for creating complicated online surveys. It includes scale and star rating, grading, matrics and other elements that make surveys more interactive and allow to collect complex data. All users of PHPForms can take the advantage of designing unique look for their forms. It is easy to change form pattern with one of many themes available in Theme Gallery or creating custom theme with theme constructor and even use logo or CSS file browsed from PC.
