"Surprisingly good for the price - highly recommended."

    November 16, 2009  |   By Monkles

    Version: PDFill PDF Editor 7.0

    Pros

It's very professionally designed and works great. I does everything I need at a great price. Way cheaper than Adobe Acrobat, Nitro PDF or Foxit Phantom, and does everything I need!

    Cons

It can be a bit slow when handling larger PDFs, and it slows right down if you insert images that are too big. But I reduce the size of the images and then it worked just fine. The interface takes a bit of getting used to, but then it's fine.

    Summary

I needed to edit a PDF of a book for a friend of mine, and I didn't want to pay for an expensive PDF editor. I was amazed that this does almost everything I could wish for, at a really great price. It uses a Vista-style interface which is great and it is easy to use and reliable. The only downside is that it gets a bit slow when handling large files, and didn't like it when I tried to insert a 1MB image. I just reduce the size of the image to about 200kB then it worked fine!
I would definately recommend this to anyone who needs to edit any PDFs, and can't justify spending the money on Adobe Acrobat

    "Does what it says well"

    November 8, 2009  |

    Version: PDFill PDF Editor 7.0

    Pros

I'm able to type into PDF documents by filling in a blank or by typing directly on the "page"--it was my first foray into editing PDF, and I've stuck with it!

    Cons

I can only show one page at a time. This is annoying, but it's not really a big issue.

    Summary

I can edit PDF, and that's something I want and need to do (for applications and so forth), This program does exactly what I need.

"Full featured but 100 page limit, UI is cluttered"

    November 5, 2009  |   By NausetSurf

    Version: PDFill PDF Editor 7.0

    Pros

    Loads of features

    Cons

    UI Clutter
Will only edit PDF's up to 100 pages

    Summary

Software creates a project for each new pdf that is edited.
I just wanted to extract a single page from a 300 page document.
I couldn't do it because there was a 100 page limit.
    Acrobat handles this easily
I plan to use this for smaller documents

    "Well worth the price"

    October 26, 2009  |   By JoeEH

    Version: PDFill PDF Editor 7.0

    Pros

It's fairly common nowadays to have a variety of forms to fill out for medical purposes. Frequently a PDF copy is available but it isn't designed to be filled in online. PDFill solves this problem very well.

    Cons

Although the author spent quite a lot of time trying to solve a problem I had with trying to use a home built signature font, it ended up being a problem outside of PDFill. He suggested a simple workaround; use a graphic signature image instead.

    Summary

Like any new application, there's a learning curve, but it's definitely worth the effort. And the author will help if you can't find the information in the help file or FAQs. I'm on my third or fourth major update now, and they were all included in the original price.

Doctor's offices appreciate the clarity of the information you provide because it's more readable.

I have even used it to prepare a form that I ended up faxing directly from the computer. It saved me having to first print it out, sign it and then scan it in again, with the resulting loss of sharpness.

I am often asked how I managed to do it with their forms which were not designed with this in mind. A couple of friends took my advice and purchased it also, and are just as happy with it as I am.

    "Daily User"

    October 21, 2009  |   By sizzler944

    Version: PDFill PDF Editor 7.0

    Pros

sets up fields I can name and then use editor to enter the info once and then put in all the forms I need.
also un named fields can be filled in fresh.
    Really does what I want.
    cheap
I don't work for this firm I'm just a user

    Cons

    Clunky.
Not free but then it works and at $19.95 it's pretty near free.

    Summary

does what it says on the tin. Not great for large files, but for under 20 pages it works fine on a netbook.
