I have only just begun to explore PDFill's wide variety of capabilities, but it has already fulfilled all of my immediate needs for converting a proposal/contract form into a PDF with fillable fields, and it has done this at a tiny fraction of the cost of Adobe's Acrobat Pro. I am extremely impressed with this application and have also found its (free) email support to be excellent. IMO, anyone who spends the big bucks on Acrobat Pro without trying this out first is nuts.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve to using this application. But what else is new?

I have used several pdf converter programs in recent years, but this PDFill is the best I've found. But being able to fill in forms is dynamite! My real estate business is really helped by being able to fill in dialog boxes in pdf forms before emailing them on to my clients. I used to have to print the forms, fill them in, then scan them to send on. Other agents are amazed that I can do these things at all. Most other agents don't seem to even know that this is possible without the expensive Adobe program. Buy my clients really appreciate that I can send them everything from sample home flyers to all the real estate forms in pdf! PDFill is a bargain! And Form Filler and Writer put it over the top! I have used PDFill since version 1 and it just gets better. And after several years it is still under $20 US.
